With more than 31 years of courtroom and litigation experience, Christian D. Kuhnel is a seasoned trial attorney licensed by the State Bar of Texas and the United States Supreme Court. A lifelong resident of the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Mr. Kuhnel has built his practice on aggressively representing injured Texans and holding negligent parties and insurance companies accountable.
Mr. Kuhnel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Texas at Arlington and his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law—now Texas A&M University School of Law. He began his career practicing criminal law, personal injury, and general civil litigation, developing the trial skills and negotiation leverage that insurance companies recognize and respect. For more than 25 years, he has successfully fought complex and high-stakes cases on behalf of his clients. Today, Mr. Kuhnel devotes his practice to catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases arising from car, motorcycle, and commercial truck crashes, premises liability and slip-and-fall incidents, and serious work-related injuries. He routinely represents clients who have suffered life-altering harm, including those requiring surgical intervention or long-term medical care.
